How do I place an order?
Choose your product and any options, add it to your cart, then follow the checkout steps. You'll receive an order confirmation by email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us at info@gooihompappie.co.za as soon as possible. We can usually amend or cancel an order before it has shipped.
What payment methods are available?
We accept card payments through Yoco's secure checkout. All available payment options are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 3 business days. Once dispatched, Aramex delivery takes an estimated 6–8 business days. Full details are on our Delivery Information page.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free on all orders anywhere in South Africa. You'll see R0 delivery at checkout before you pay.
