Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
How to Return an Item

- We'll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Send the item back using the method we advise.
Refunds
Once we've received and checked the returned item, we'll refund you to your original payment method and confirm by email.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
